Shore Acres Point Corporation was formed in 1945 for its Shareholders to enjoy on an idyllic piece of land overlooking the Long Island Sound with other neighbors in the Shore Acres Community. Shore Acres has a rich history, which is further captured here

The Shore Acres clubhouse and grounds are located at the end of The Parkway on a residential peninsula.  The newly renovated clubhouse includes an area for holding events, a deck, kitchen, and restrooms. Our large pool is located right on the Sound, while the kiddie pool is located in the expansive grassy area near the beach. All members are invited to enjoy the spectacular views of the Sound in all its majestic beauty throughout the seasons.

BOATING

Enjoying the waters of the Long Island Sound by boat is part of the lifestyle of many Shore Acres residents and we are privileged to be able to cast off from the beautiful Mamaroneck Harbor. Rights to our docks and moorings are a very attractive reason for buying a home in our community. The boats on our docks and moorings range in size from 13 to 45 feet, consisting of both sailing and motor vessels. There are also docks for dingys and racks that store resident's colorful collection of kayaks and paddleboards.

Contact our Director of Boats and Floats for any questions about Shore Acres boating policies, pricing and applications for moorings and slips.

POOL & BEACH

Our main pool consists of a swimming lane and recreational area with a diving board. Lounge chairs surround the pool for those who just want to relax and enjoy the view, as well. Just across the lawn, we also have a kids' pool for children under the age of 7.

The beach is open for swimming, although there are some days we may be advised that swimming is hazardous due to higher levels of contaminants.  This determination is made by The Westchester County Board of Health, which conducts water quality checks at our beach in the late spring and throughout the swimming season.
